But, what is the best exercise to engage in? Exercise that is safe…

exercise that can be done by an 18-month old baby and a grandmother

in her 80's… exercise that can be done in the privacy of your own home or

office in about 20-minutes a day… exercise that will stimulate and strengthen

every cell in your body and EXERCISE THAT IS FUN!

A word of caution:
Dr. Joel Wallach on his Dead Doctors Don't Lie Tape states that exercise

without taking supplements is suicidal. Please do not embark on an exercise program without supplementation. And of course, consult your doctor before
