SiteBlast offers three different types of Web sites; Family, Group and Business. In this section of our FAQ, we address some general questions related to SiteBlast Web sites. 1) How long can I keep my free Web site? [ top ]
Your free Web site is yours to keep for 30 days after you validate it. If you do not upgrade to a paid site, it will be de-activated following the 30 day period.

2) What do mean by "validate your site"? [ top ]
Immediately following the creation of your free site we send you an e-mail. To validate your site, you simply click on the link in the e-mail and then provide us with the username and password you would like to use to access your site and make changes.

3) What if I don't get the e-mail to validate my site? [ top ]
If you checked the e-mail account that you listed when you built your free site, and you don't see an e-mail, then click on Site Admin at the bottom of your free site. You'll be prompted to enter another e-mail address, and we'll send you the link to validate your site.

4) Why do I have to validate my site? [ top ]
This step is required to protect us from fraud by requiring you to enter a valid e-mail account in order to use your web site.

5) What if I don't like the pages that are included in my Web site? [ top ]
Your site initially comes with a home page and five standard pages. You may delete any of the pages and you may add more pages from the SiteBlast library of pages.

6) Can I have e-commerce on my site? [ top ]
All SiteBlast business sites are enabled for e-commerce with a great shopping cart feature. Even during the free trial period.

7) Can I promote other affiliations and products that I represent on my SiteBlast site? [ top ]
Absolutely! As long as you abide by the Terms and Conditions on our Web site, you may display banners, links and information about any affiliations you may have and you may offer products and services for your business.

8) I changed my mind about the design I chose. Can I do anything about that now? [ top ]
That's one of the greatest features you get with SiteBlast. There are thousands of designs that you can choose from. Just log into Site Admin and click on the "define the look" tab. Pick a category and start to browse through some great looks. You can change the look every day if you'd like!

9) What is an Intranet? [ top ]
An intranet is a site that allows you to communicate privately with a group of people that you designate. Only those with a username and password can access the intranet and you control who gets the password. Once logged in, members can access shared files, information, calendars, send and receive e-mails, chat online and do much more.

10) How do I get an Intranet? [ top ]
After you build your site, it's there! Every SiteBlast site automatically comes with an intranet.

11) How much do the sites cost? [ top ]
All SiteBlast sites are available FREE for 30 days. If you are interested in upgrading, the prices are discussed in the "WHAT" section of our Web site.
