1) Does SiteBlast require a certain type of browser to create and/or view my Web site? [ top ]
SiteBlast supports both Internet Explorer 4.0 and newer as well as Netscape 4.6 and newer with a few limitations. Using either, you should not detect any problems viewing the Web site or using our intranet products with minor format variances. However, to utilize the full functionality of our Custom page creation, IE is required. You can view any SiteBlast Web site with either browser, including those that include custom pages.
2) I use Netscape for my browser. Are there any limitations? [ top ]
If you use Netscape version 4.7 and newer you will not encounter any limitations. If you want to use our custom page feature to add a special page to your Web site, you will need to use Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer.
3) Can I transfer my existing domain name to my SiteBlast Web site? [ top ]
Yes, there is a special form that is required to transfer a domain name along with a nominal charge. Please submit your request via the e-mail form on our "Contact Us" page.
4) I have a question that isn't answered in the FAQs section. How can I get it answered? [ top ]

5) What is the SiteBlast Network? [ top ]
The SiteBlast Network is our corporate intranet where Associates log on to receive a wide variety of information and benefits. These include e-mail services, a file cabinet where marketing materials and other helpful information is stored for each access, chat rooms, message boards and many more features. SiteBlast posts announcements here and you can also find our NewsBlast archives.
6) How much does it cost to get access to the SiteBlast Network? [ top ]
There is no charge at all to access the SiteBlast Network. The only requirement is that you sign up as an Associate. You can do this through your Site Admin.
7) What if I forget my username and password? [ top ]
If you forget your username and password just click on the "forget your password" prompt at any sign-in screen and enter an e-mail address where we can send them to you. Sign-in screens are found when you click on "Site Admin", your "Intranet" feature, or from the SiteBlast home page when you want to access the "SiteBlast Network".
